The Rising Sun Hotel Auburn – 6.30pm ‘Nose to Tail in Old Stables’ a 4 course dinner by The Rising Sun Hotel’s Head Chef Phil Scarles featuring Clare Valley Lamb by Wunderbar Lamb (Black Springs). The exquisite Matriarch & Rogue wine will be available to purchase with a menu curated to match these wines. There will be live music playing throughout the evening with guest speakers Phil Scarles Head Chef at The Rising Sun Hotel, Ben Heinrich from Wunderbar Lamb and Marnie Roberts from Matriarch & Rogue Wines.
