The MINMAN Sporting Club represents the affiliation of the Mintaro and Manoora Football and Netball teams. Competitive on the field and social off it, MINMAN is a family oriented club encouraging playing and social members to enjoy all the competitive action of the season together with the many inclusive social activities undertaken over the course of the year.

Amalgamated in 2009, the club has a long and proud history dating back to when the football clubs first merged to form the MINMAN Eagles and took their place in the Mid North League back in 1969.

Today the football club and netball club are aligned under the MINMAN Eagles banner and thanks to the support of loyal sponsors and members continues to be a club that encourages those within it, embraces new members to it and contributes enormously to the wider community it represents.

Mintaro Bowling Club

Mintaro Bowling Club began in 1959 and the Ladies started in 1996.

It began with humble beginnings of a shed ‘no bigger than a dunny’, and numerous additions have been added over the years.  The site where the green now is had to be cleared of artichokes.  It has been extended several times and in 2008 we planted tiff dwarf grass. After many hours of voluntary labour we now have a very good green.

The Ladies have pennants on a Thursday;the Men’s pennants is on Saturday [open gender], and we have a NightOwl Competition on a Wednesday night.

Our Club prides itself on its great green and friendly fun approach to this great sport. It welcomes enquiries from anyone, particularly teenagers, who would like to try and see if they like it. Young people are very good at the sport and have a strong career path avaiable to ultimately represent Australia.

The Club caters for functions in and around Mintaro, from Clearing Sales to Weddings.

Our Clubhouse and green is available to hire for Social Events and is conveniently located with a playground and free BBQ in the adjacent Torr Park.
